In the case of a faulty item, please follow the following guidelines.
Guidelines for Returns
- Tonguescraper.au offers a 7 day window for remorseful returns for defective or faulty items.
- If the item/s have been opened and / or used without any faults they cannot be returned for change of mind.
- The refund will only be processed if the item/s are returned in their original state including packaging material, manuals and instructions and all accessories – a refund may not be offered if only partial items are returned.
- Before returning the item, please email tonguescraperau@gmail.com within the 7 day period of receiving your order outlining reason for return and we will provide you with return postage details if you qualify for a refund.
- Please note the cost of returning the faulty item is the responsibility of the sender.
- We will notify you via email when we receive the returned items and when we have processed the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days once we have received the item/s.
