Fulfilment Process

• We dispatch all orders the next business day after you place your order. 
• All customers will receive an e-mail to confirm order dispatch and tracking details if applicable. 

Buyer Responsibility

• The details you provide at point of sale must be accurate as this is where we send the order.
• If an error of details has been made, contact us immediately to correct.
• You must ensure that your mail box is secure.

• Some delays could be experienced with shipment due to Australia Post handling times.
