How to Use (Twice Daily)

1. Scrape
Use the embi First Step scraper to gently lift and remove waste material from the tongue surface before brushing.

2. Brush
Brush using the embi Natural Whitening Toothpaste and soft-bristle toothbrush. The ultra-soft bristles help avoid over-brushing and gently massage the gums. Consistent use for 30 days may help support a healthier oral microbiome by reducing unnecessary abrasion.

3. Floss
Use embi Pure Silk Floss Picks to clean between teeth using a gentle sliding motion.
